Business Coaching
I work with a range of teams and individuals within small businesses to multi-national organisations. As each business need varies considerably all my coaching sessions will be specific to each company.
My initial free meeting will establish the exact requirements and from there will work closely with the business to deliver a tailored and unique coaching package.
The time, number and location of these sessions will be decided with each company on an individual basis.
I offer three core workshops that can be adapted depending on business requirements and following my initial fact finding meeting:
Young Manager and new to Management Workshop
This one day workshop focuses on the main skills required to be a successful manager, from refining coaching and 1:1 skills to team building and team development tools to get the very best from your team.
Senior Management Workshop
This one day workshop aims to provide tools and techniques to create high performance teams, learn the art of delegation and promoting a coaching and development culture. The workshop also includes more advanced techniques for building rapport, influencing skills and public speaking as well as learning how to deal with conflict within teams and some quick resolution hints and tips to restore harmony and team work.
Leadership Management Workshop
This half day workshop is aimed to work with key Directors within the company, identifying and discussing the traits of world famous leaders, what made them great leaders and how to identify in yourself your key strengths and areas for development.
The workshop also provides ongoing 1:1 coaching for each delegate to ensure ongoing improved leadership is maintained and managed effectively making long term changes to the culture, revenue and business development.
