What is coaching?
Coaching helps you move forward from where you are to where you want to be. It is a partnership with someone who can help you achieve a greater level of clarity and focus and produce fulfilling results in your personal and professional life. As your coach I provide you with feedback, tools and techniques, guidance, structure and support to help you realize your unique talents and gifts and then maximize them to achieve the success you want. Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented.
Who can benefit from coaching?
Anyone that does not feel they are reaching their full potential in their career or personal life should consider hiring a coach. However, to get the most benefit from your coaching, you need to want it and be “coachable”. You are coachable if you are open and willing to communicate honestly, open to new ideas and ways of thinking, and willing to try new approaches to life.
What does a coach do?
Coaches are people/business development professionals trained to help you create a more productive and satisfying life/business for yourself and realize your full potential. They can help you produce more results with less time and with less struggle and stress. As your coach I serve as your thinking partner, sounding board and personal motivator.
I encourage and support your self-discovery helping you to find the right answers for you. I help you to keep the focus on YOU and who you are as a person. By helping to raise your self awareness and conscious true values you can unlock your previously untapped potential and overcome barriers and limiting beliefs you may have.
In short I help you to discover and live a more fulfilled life – helping you Shine4Life
How is coaching different to counselling or therapy?
Coaching is about the present and the future and taking action based on goals and objectives. Coaches work with people to help them move forward. Coaching is not about trying to uncover or solve issues from the past, although insights about the past often occur as a result of coaching. Coaching is not intended for, or effective with, individuals who have severe mental or emotional problems or who have addictions.
